Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email chapmint@breatheeasyinfusion.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending any items back.

Non-returnable items

Sale or discounted items, personalized items, and opened or used lip-care or other personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not affect any rights you have under applicable law for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Any applicable return shipping costs will be explained when your return is approved.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and email chapmint@breatheeasyinfusion.com within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. This request does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for damaged or defective items, subject to availability. Contact us before returning an item.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider, then email chapmint@breatheeasyinfusion.com so we can help.
